Goldenrod Salve 2 oz Glass Jar

Goldenrod Salve is made to capture the soothing essence of Goldenrod (Solidago) flowers. My goldenrod salve was made from naturally growing goldenrod, wild harvested from plants on my country farm. After infusing in organic, cold-pressed sunflower oil, a little natural pure beeswax is added. My salves are lovingly made by me, in small batches.

Goldenrod contains many medicinal compounds which has antifungal plus antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It was used in folk medicine for fighting fungus and skin problems.  It has shown to help relieve aches and reduce inflammation.  My salve is started by infusing wild-crafted goldenrod blossoms, from my farm, in organic sunflower oil. The infusion is allowed to develop gradually, while extracting its healing properties.  A small amount of natural beeswax is added. 

My Goldenrod Salve is available in natural unscented or scented variety. The natural herbal scent of goldenrod, which I find very pleasant, is present in my unscented goldenrod salve. The scented variety contains the added essential oils of lavender or a blend of tea tree and lavender. If another oil is desired, please let me know and I will work with you.
